At ZM Photos, we’re all about being professional, concise, and easy-going. We take pride in the simplicity of our craft, and we value the hard work that’s gone into each home we visit. We hope you’ll love our work as much as we do.
Zac, who is a graphic design wizard by trade, discovered his passion for photography and photo editing back in 2011. McKenzi, who is a full-time grad student, is also learning all the tricks, clicks, and shutters of the camera in between eating, studying, and—you know—becoming a doctor of physical therapy. Together we like to go on adventures, watch Netflix, and occasionally succumb to our Crumbl cookie addiction. We love photographing homes of all shapes and sizes, and we’re excited to be on this journey together!

• Medium: (4-5 Bed, 2-3 Bath, 20-30 photos) ~$180*
• Large: (6+ Bed, 3+ Bath, 30+ photos) ~$260*

*Price can fluctuate based on a number of factors, such as the number of rooms in the home, turnaround time, and travel expenses. Contact us for a quote for an exact price for your property.
Things to Consider
We offer a free consultation, where we ask about the home to get a better idea of how many photos you need. This includes how many rooms there are, as well as any other important selling points such as garages, closets, hallways, patios, landscaping, etc.
We will take the photos as is, so make sure the place is how you want it to look. We may offer tips upon seeing it, but don’t expect us to help sweep up, vacuum, iron sheets, or clean up any clutter.
We will also lock in the quote rate, so if we show up and decide we actually need to take a few more photos than planned, we will do it at no additional cost to you. We just ask that you be transparent and honest with us during the consultation about the size and features of your property.
